Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FlowStudy ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

FlowStudy is a focus timer application designed to help users, particularly those with ADHD, manage their study and work sessions. The app provides timer functionality, session tracking, and related productivity features.

User Accounts

FlowStudy uses your Apple ID for authentication and data sync via iCloud. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and any activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

FlowStudy offers a free tier with limited features, including up to 3 focus sessions per day.

Premium Subscription

FlowStudy Premium is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($39.99/year) subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for Premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use FlowStudy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app

Intellectual Property

FlowStudy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bulpara and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Health Disclaimer

FlowStudy is a productivity tool, not a medical device or treatment. The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including ADHD. If you have concerns about ADHD or any other health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulpara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FlowStudy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to FlowStudy at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
